The International Commodores Association, like its statewide regional partner, the Florida Commodores
Association, is made up of past commodores and current flag officers of recognized yacht clubs. Membership
in both the ICA and the FCA is by invitation only and based on the mutual respect of the members. P/C Tringali
was one of the founders of the both groups, and was recently elected vice commodore of the International association.
He is the editor of The Commodores Journal, a quarterly publication that is sent to all members, and is a regular
contributor to The Commodores e-Journal, a bi-weekly electronic publication.
